      Before you read this information: Importing is a breeze in many countries! You may have to pay your own country's VAT (i.e. Sales Tax) and sometimes variable Import Duty when the items arrive, but most of time packets / cartons shipped from China by courier arrive safely with no problems at all!

      Read the item description carefully! We will ship you whatever you order. Although we do assist you by manually checking all orders to screen possible region / compatibility inconsistencies, we do not accept returns of healthy products which were simply mis-ordered by you. For example: if you are in an NTSC video color region, then don't order PAL products for your market. Check if your local place has free DVB-T broadcasts before buying DVB-T digital TV receivers etc.

      Additionally, there are some cool types of gadgets including that are not legal to import into certain countries. As the buyer / importer it is entirely your responsibility to find out in advance of placing your order whether your ordered items are subject to import restrictions. Chinachieve will ship you whatever you order, so we do not accept liability in the case of failed delivery of goods, where they have failed to clear your country's local Customs - either in cases where the goods are turned back, or in cases where the goods are seized. In addition Chinachieve is not responsible for informing you of possible import restriction issues before or after purchase.

      We will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused on your computer, console, or other hardware / software during / related to installation of any of our products. We not be liable for any damage or personal loss due to incorrect installation of our products.

      Delivery time: If there is a possible delay due to the warehouse being out of stock, we'll email you to discuss sending out your order in separate shipments, changing products, or other options. Larger orders that exceed our stock may take up to 1 week longer to send out, as we have to order from the factory. In such cases we will contact you about any delay. In certain cases, e.g. the first time you try to drop-ship to a different address than your own, we have to complete a verification check with you before processing your order, which can add 1-3 days to the processing time.

      If you are at all unsure about importing goods from China, start from Chinachieve. Your payment is through a safe channel, your delivery is guaranteed, the products are quality assured, and you can begin by ordering only 1 piece as a sample!

      We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarders. Some items that ship from the manufacturer can only be delivered to addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Call us for delivery information on specific models. Merchandise amount thresholds for shipping prices apply to the cost of items after any special discounts have been applied and exclusive of any tax. These offers may end at any time. Exclusions may apply to some orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.

        Returns Policy. We pride ourselves on a tradition of outstanding customer care and support. Our devoted team of account representatives understands that our customers are the hallmark of our enduring partnerships. It is important for our customers to understand the standards that have been established within our industry regarding the terms and conditions of a sale. The purchase of technology products and solutions are subject to manufacturer restrictions. Most of the products and solutions we sell are subject to a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty provided by the manufacturer is the first place to look for assistance with difficulties that may accompany your purchase.

      • Product Warranty

        Chinachieve.com chooses products to sell based on their excellent designs and proven hardware reliability. We will check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that accessories are included.

        We have a strict testing process to ensure that your ordered products are functionally correct before they are packed and sent to you.

        Different categories products have different warranty.

        Basically, the products sent from Chinachieve are covered by 30 days WARRANTY for replacement and 12 months warranty for repair as of delivery date. Delivery date here means the shipping date.

        Please read the following after-sales terms first so as to better under Chinachieve warranty:

        1.Missing Item
        Items missed completely or partially from an order
        2.Wrong Product Received
        Product that is completely different from Chinachieve web description
        3. Verified Functional Failure
        Failure that makes the device unable to use, repairing of which needs to change board, screen or reset cables etc.
        4. Customer Induced Damage
        Damage caused by customer's incorrect operation or insufficient protection, including but not limited to screen broken, moisture, scratch, rust etc.
        5. (Defect) Can Not Duplicate
        Product is claimed as defective by customers. But it is tested as "No Defect" by Chinachieve engineer upon receiving.
        6. Out Of Warranty
        Product that exceeds the warranty period
        7. Non-Authorization Return
        Customer returns the products without Chinachieve authorization (RMA Approval)
        8. Warranty Period
        A period which is defined as “From the shipping date (on Chinachieve web) to the RMA application date”.

      • How to Return Products.

        Obtaining an RMA Number: Please contact our Customer Service Department by email to support@chinachieve.com within 30 days of purchase for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning your product to us. If the request meets the return criteria, the Returns Department will issue the RMA# and send you the instructions on how to proceed. No returns of any type will be accepted without a RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, order number, item number and serial number and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of a RMA, customers are given 15 days to return the product.

        Original shipping, handling, packaging and related charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. We will match the shipping method and pay for shipping charges to you for replacement or exchange products. We strongly recommend you use a traceable carrier and fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage.
